I am about to start something..."I will give you a quarter for your W04 stickers." I hate those damn things!!!! I will personally scrape them off the foreign cars they adorn.
Or maybe I could just invest in some clings that are the international "no" sign. Everytime I see a w04 sticker, I put it over it. That would be fun.
